We do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings. We make it a priority to offer each of you a guaranteed new and unworn piece of jewelry.

We do offer store credit or replacements on anything that arrives damaged so long as we are notified within 5 days of the item being received.

Our processing time is 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and zip code. Shipping time can vary from 3-8 business days.
